Welcome to the only UMPC blog

So what’s this all about? Well if I’m sure you are aware of what an UMPC (Ultra Mobile PC) is, if not you would not be visiting this site. Now saying that here is a brief introduction to the site and some links to useful information.

UMPC / Project Origami:

It all started when a site named “origamiproject.com” just showed up online. It’s very common for Apple to have this such secrecy in their forthcoming products. Later it was confirmed that the site was owned my microsoft (funny- they left some meta tags in the source code). On March 7th 2006, Intel released a new Mobile Platform and they called it Umtra Mobile PC Platform. This gave us a hint that it was related to Origami. On March 9th @ CeBIT Microsoft unveiled the new UMPCs. For more details
